This is my third and final box of 2019-20 Topps Hockey Stickers. With each box containing 250 stickers, my hope was that I would get pretty close to having a complete 630-sticker set. The first box gave me over 39% of the set, while the second box put me at 62%. While I know that I am not going to get every sticker that I need, my hope is that I am at a respectable enough number that I could finish the set off in a few trades.
What I Got in My 3rd Box
200 regular stickers; four were doubles within the box.
50 foil stickers. There were no duplicates.
Like the previous two boxes, each pack had exactly what was offered: four regular stickers and one foil sticker. There were only four doubles total in this box, which is acceptable.

Out of the 200 regular stickers in this box, I needed 92 of them for my set, which is a little less than one in every two stickers. As for the foils, I hit the jackpot and needed 46 of the 50 foil stickers.
After three boxes, I ended up with 533 out of the 630 stickers, and still needed 97 stickers to finish my set.
I was also left with 217 doubles, triples and even a quadruple, to trade with other collectors. And I will have to trade because — unlike Panini — Topps does not sell individual stickers directly to consumers. Your choices are to either keep buying packs and boxes or to trade with other collectors on a site like Last Sticker, which focuses mainly on various sport and non-sport sticker sets.
Fortunately, a generous collector who reads this blog gave me a whole bunch of Topps stickers that I needed for my set, so now I am only 12 stickers away from finishing the 2019-20 Topps Hockey Sticker Collection. If you want to trade, leave a comment or email me.
Getting about 84% of the complete set after buying three boxes is pretty good — not great but not awful, either. Once I fully complete this set, I will give the 2019-20 Topps Hockey Sticker Collection a proper review.
