President’s Choice Trading Cards will release a new hockey card set this Friday called “Roots.” The cards picture Original Six Era players — like Eddie Shore, Glenn Hall and Gordie Howe — and have a piece of game-worn memorabilia on them. Roots cards are serial numbered to 1, 2 or 3 copies each.

Thanks for the tip. I’d never heard of them before, I see on their website that they sell singles. Not totally convinced with their price tag and use of the same pictures In The Game has used often, but could be tempted in time.
They got an email newsletter you can sign up for on their site. That way, you’ll be notified of their new cards when they come out. My favorite President’s Choice cards are the StickHandle cards, which use the name taken off of a player’s game-used hockey stick.
