Tim truly is a poet, Clemente is insightful and Sal is a great host. Keep it up boys!
I love Synergy, but I’m not a box buyer, I am a team collector, so my view is much different. I love a lot of the designs the come up with especially the multi-layered and mixed material (cardboard & PETG, while being die-cuts). To me they were the first innovative cards since Pacific was around and there were all of those laser die-cuts.
I look forward to the return of Topps/Fanatics in any capacity and with a new CBA (which seems to bring about changes in licensing from time to time) coming after next season… I’m partially hoping for a work stoppage or just something to let UD “catch-up” with their releases. I know that won’t happen but it was alright when it was just 2 sets coming out before Christmas the next season (like The Cup & Ultimate) but (As you guys pointed out) there will be sets coming out near to (or into) Next season (25-26) from last year. Also tired of all of these “update” cards being from unlimited years prior into current products.
Last episode you asked us to say if we’d be going to the Spring Expo… this week, I bought my pass for the show. I’m always there as long as there are no health issues.
